Power system
Reliable power can be fertile "wild"thousands of miles
▪ Equipped with Yuchai 6]six-cylinder high-pressure common rail engine,it meets the national ll emission standard and has a displacement of 6.5L;
▪ Advanced turbocharging and in-cylinder direct injection technology,combined with Bosch electronically controlled fuel injection system, accurately control the fuel supply of the engine under various working conditions,and respond quickly, while ensuring better fuel economy,it can also have better power output,more fuel efficient,and better economy.
▪ The capacity of the fuel tank is increased to 300L, which ensures continuous operation for more than 12 hours,reduces the number of refueling,and increases the effective operation time.
▪ The newly upgraded 180MF capacity low-temperature large battery can be easily started at alow temperature of-40°℃
▪ Optimize the multi-power switch,increase the no-load mode,increase the speed of transition operation,and adapt to more working conditions for different loads,improving fuel economy.
Reliable hydraulic system&cooling
The engine and chassis hydraulic oil each have separate radiators for better heat dissipation.
▪ The hydraulic oil tank is increased to 70L,and the heat dissipation capacity is improved,which can better control the oil temperature.
The chassis oil and hydraulic system oil have been upgraded from N10OD to three-purpose oil,which greatly improves the reliability.
▪ The heat dissipation area of the radiator and intercooler is optimized, the heat dissipation area of the radiator is 59.5 square meters,and the heat dissipation area of the intercooler is 15.8 square meters to ensure the maximum heat dissipation effect.
▪ The water tank adopts high-efficiency heat pipes,the heat dissipation core body has been optimized and thinned again,and the displacement of the heat dissipation pump has been increased to 12ml/r,and the heat dissipation efficiency is higher. Each flap can be quickly removed and assembled individually,making it easier to clean up debris.
▪ The heat sink has an anti-hot air reflux device toincrease the reliability of heat dissipation,and the high-efficiency heat pipe in the core can further ensure better heat dissipation.
Intake and exhaust systems

The precleaner adopts a cyclone tube structure,which can filter more than 95%of the sand and dust,and reduce the frequency of air filter maintenance and cleaning.
The air filter adopts desert storm filter,the filtration efficiency can reach 99.50%,and the filtration effect is better;The transverse side- mounted structure is easy to maintain and can keep the air filter for 320 hours without cleaning.
The muffler optimizes the structure, eliminates whistles,howls and other noises,and reduces the overall noise value by3 decibels. |
Transmission system
16F+8R gear shift
Side-mounted controlfor easy maneuvering,and the gearbox gearislight and flexible to ensure the best driving experience.
Main and auxiliary gearboxes
The main and auxiliary shifts are operated by 2 joysticks respectively,and the standard variable box realizes 16 front gears, 8 reverse gears,and the forward speed range is 1.49-30.07km/h,in addition,in order to meet the needs of users for slow operation,we have also launched a new gearbox of 24F+8R,the speed range is 0.41-30.24,and the gear can be selected according to the needs of the operating speed.
Double-acting clutch
The dry-type,independently operated double-acting clutch can realize the independent operation of the walking system and the PTO,and the working reliability is high;
The auxiliary clutch adds torsional shock absorption function to effectively avoid the problem of abnormal noise during operation or gear shifting;
The German LUK 14-inch double-acting clutch is made of imported powder metallurgy friction material,with large torque reserve,asafety factor of upto2.41,andahydraulic clutch to help control,which is lighter,more comfortable and hasalonger life.
Braking system
With self-pressurized brake pump,the braking force is light,and the machine can be braked with one foot,the braking effect is more stable and reliable,and the safety factor of the whole machine is higher.
Rear axle drive
The rear axle transmission housing is strengthened and enlarged,and the transmission train gear is optimized at the same time,the gear module is increased,and the chassis bearing capacity is improved.

Transmission system

High-strength chassis The chassis material is made of high-strength steel(ductile iron material), with high tensile strength and 30%performance improvement. ▪ Reinforced front axle Strengthened heavy-duty front axle,450mm ground clearance,not easy to scratch crops during field operation management. ▪ Rear wheel track The standard front and rear wheel base is 1800/1850mm,and the rear wheel track can be infinitely adjustable,which can meet the operation needs of different agronomic conditions in various regions. ▪ Tyre Standard 14.9-26/18.4-38 dry tires,40°steering angle,minimum 5.8m steering radius,full hydraulic power steering,small steering force and small turning radius,easy steering,priority valve to ensure safe operation. ▪ Lubrication system Forced cooling lubrication effectively ensures the temperature of the transmission system,ensures the normal lubrication of key parts such as gears and bearings,ensures the service life of seals and lubricating oil, and greatly improves the reliability of the drive train. The inlet and return pipes of the chassis radiator are thickened hoses to reduce system resistance and reduce the impact of secondary heating of the engine. |

Upgraded Luxury Cabin

Body design abd maintenance
▪The new Zoomlion third-generation bodyis adopted,the shape is more beautiful,and the large area of heat dissipation grill in front and rear of the hood can greatly improve the airintake and heat dissipation speed of the radiator to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
▪The hood is very wrapping to minimize wear and tear on internal components,and if maintenanceis required,the front hood can be lifted and secured,so that the engine,radiator and other elements are at your fingertips,saving you maintenance time.
▪ The opening angle of the hood can be raised up to 40°to avoid the problem that some untouchable dead corners cannot be maintained,and the components that often need to be replaced or maintained,such as oil fiters,are arranged in the closest place to the periphery.
▪The precleaner adopts a cyclone tube structure to improve the filtration accuracy and reduce the frequency of air filter maintenance and cleaning.
