EXCELLENT THRESHING STRUCTURE DESIGN

It adopts mature threshing system technology in the Chinese market, which is reliable and stable. The spike teeth of the tooth bar can be switched back and forth after one side is worn, which reduces the use cost and ensures uniform threshing without grain leakage. At the same time, the matching concave plate screen ensures consistent installation size. It can be switched left and right after one side is worn. The effective threshing size reaches Ø620×2200mm, and the effective threshing speed can reach up to 720rpm, which is the first-class level in the industry.

EFFICIENT SECONDARY THRESHING STRUCTURE DEVICE

Adopts the mature secondary threshing technology in the Chinese market, and the residual system is newly upgraded. The secondary threshing drum is eliminated, and the grains are returned to the screen surface after secondary threshing, which is clean and achieves the effect of secondary threshing. It effectively reduces the threshing loss caused by immature and damp grains, and reduces the weight of the whole machine;

INDUSTRY-LEADING CLEANING TECHNOLOGY

The large-area 840×1800mm working screen surface ensures that the impurity rate is controlled below 2%. The vibrating screen adopts a split design, which effectively reduces the weight by more than 20% compared with the integrated structure. The cleaning system adopts the traditional design, which is easy to adjust and adds air volume adjustment, screen angle adjustment, and tail baffle adjustment for easy operation;

ORIGINAL FAN CLEANING TECHNOLOGY

CAE digital profiling analysis technology was used to simulate the harvesting, threshing and cleaning of the whole machine during the research and development stage, and to find the optimal air duct for its fan cleaning technology. An 8-blade fan was used, which has a more uniform wind speed distribution than a 4-blade fan, and the average wind speed is increased by 30%.

INTEGRATED DISPLAY + CONTROL SYSTEM

The 14-inch high-definition color touch multifunctional display has a simple operation interface and integrated display. One screen can simultaneously display the machine parameters, host records, status query and reversing images and other functions, allowing users to control the overall situation without leaving the "room"; the whole machine control part adopts highly integrated control, using an integrated main operating handle, and the whole machine steering, cutting platform lifting, and reel lifting are integrated into one lever, with fast response speed.

ONE-CLICK UNLOADING, ONE-CLICK RETURN

The grain unloading operation has added one-button unloading and one-button return functions. The electronic control operation is convenient and time-saving. The 4.1-meter grain unloading barrel can achieve 336° steering (95° left turn, 235° right turn), and the grain unloading height is 1.0m-5.0m. New lighting is added inside the grain bin to achieve unloading without dead angles.

HIGH RELIABILITY

CENTER-WHEEL CHASSIS DESIGN

The mature center-wheel chassis technology in the Chinese market is adopted. The thrust wheels and guide wheels in the key chassis parts are changed from offset to center-position, which improves the chassis's carrying capacity. The 58-section extended high-pattern track, 6 sets of supporting wheels, and the supporting wheels are optimized for crossing bumps. The measured ground pressure is ≤20Kpa, which can adapt to various harsh working conditions such as muddy fields and deep water areas, and has excellent trafficability

ORIGINAL ARCHED BEAM DESIGN
Based on the "八"-shaped beam used by mainstream products in the market, digital profiling technologies such as CAE are used to simulate the machine's sharp turns, crossing bumps, and transfers when fully loaded, analyze the stress tolerance range of the chassis under various working conditions, re-optimize the chassis structure, and innovatively propose a U-shaped arched structural beam design. On the basis of ensuring good load-bearing capacity, the ground clearance of the machine is increased to 350mm-600mm, with good mud discharge effect and passing ability.

WEAR-RESISTANT REINFORCEMENT OF KEY PART
